If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, with a purchase from Baosong Art Gallery / Cicada Auctions, you have a full 10 business days after receipt to return the item in its original condition for a full refund less shipping, merchant fees and other incidental fees if they apply. All we ask is that you first contact us via email (inquiry@cicadaasianart.com) or phone (248) 910-2560 to express your desire to return the item. Then package (repackage) the item securely as sent and ship the item with full insurance back to us. Once received by us and inspected for condition, if all is well, a prompt refund as described above will be issued. It is as simple as that!
