Description: A fine and rare Korean Old (Pre-Unified) Silla Dynasty Covered Stem Bowl, ca. 57B.C.-A.D.668. Dimensions are approximately 6" tall, 5-5/8" diameter. Most likely dating to the 4th-5th century A.D.. This high fired black-gray stoneware pedestal bowl is comprised of a covered bowl with graceful mouth rim and an original squared-sided dome cover with small flared nob. The lid is in itself a rare find ...
